  7 days return policy
  • Return the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice. Do note that we do not offer exchange of our products.
  • In case of missing or damaged products, you need to initiate return request within 24 hours of delivery through your account and provide all necessary details including images or call/email our support center - email- taginstylebags@gmail.com call at 9958817361/8376839441.
  • Customer can only return within 7 days, starting from the day of delivery of your product.
  • We would require the unboxing video of the parcel received in order to process the refund.
  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags.
  • Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 10 days.
  • Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable in the event of a return request.
  • All returns are evaluated before being processed. Please note that it usually takes 7-14 working days to receive the package you return. Once we receive your return, in case of prepaid orders, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return & reverse your payment. In case of Cash on Delivery Returns, it may take up to 15 - 20 business days to refund the amount back to your account. Apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this delay.
  • In case the customer is unable to provide the banking details for refund, we can transfer fund through UPI/GPAY and also offer coupon code of the same value which can be redeemed on the website. the coupon code validity can be confirmed with our customer service team.
